Hi there @MIII_MIII,

Thanks for reaching out to us here, and I can understand it might be confusing with what info is given for proof of purchase documents.

This usually includes the device make/model, IMEI, dates of usage, and any other relevant details.

Please pop through to Customer Services, and they'll be able to get this sent to you in a letter format.

Thanks,
Michael

I've been trying to get my hands on a proof of purchase for a repair under warranty for my phone and have been struggling terribly. I can barely find any information anywhere and even staff in the physical store weren't much help with one giving misinformation saying I needed the person whos name its in to print it off in store. I made my father come all the way down there only to be turned away and told that this wasnt true. My repair is soon I dont know what to do. I've come here hoping for help.

Im not sure what a proof of purchase looks like exactly but I was asked for it to include my name, address, make, model, and IMEI number.
