&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear this, I'm not aware of any option to order just the power supply for a hub, but I'd caution against using an incorrect adaptor supplied for another appliance, as even if they use the same connectors they may have varying factors such as incorrect voltage for the hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, and the team should be able to look at options for an exchange of hub.&lt;/P&gt;
