Who would be able to see through the blocking of a stolen Argos IMEI?

To clarify:
The Mobile Phones (Reprogramming) Act 2012 makes it an offence for a service provider not to block an IMEI when it is reported as stolen.

Your ambiguity is confusing. Are you saying Three haven’t blocked your device even though you’ve requested them to do so or what?

Were you able to get the stolen device blacklisted? If it was purchased directly from Three and you have proof of this, we can certainly support you if this remains unresolved.
