    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm the same position. I upgraded yesterday and it was still advertised and I posted it to my live chat agent. This was on the 12th of November. Thechat page closed randomly and then the website took it off. I would still want this offer as it was a reason I took the fold 7.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just upgraded to a Galaxy Fold 7 at the start of November.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to claim the Samsung Chromebook, which turns out the eligible device had to be purchased by 2nd October and claim submitted by the 30th October.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Three were still advertising a claimable gift worth £399, when I did this upgrade on the 2nd November. Any one had this issue before and know of any way to claim it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matthew.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I raised this issue with customer services who then forwarded it to complaints. &lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to me, and I completely understand your frustration.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, as the offer redemption is managed by Samsung, it wouldn't be possible to honour it after the claim window has passed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was this complaint handled by Three's Device Finance team? It can sometimes be offered to cancel the upgrade if it's still early on, but I can understand you may still wish to keep the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13614"&gt;@MichaelP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand this was an offer from Samsung rather than Three, but just felt Three should have offered a Chromebook themselves, given they continued to advertise it after Samsung's claim window closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not entirely sure exactly who dealt with it, I was simply put through to complaints who in the end did offer the option to cancel the contract if I didn't wish to accept the £50 credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matthew.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
