Hi @Chelle,

Samsung devices come with a 24 month warranty so provided the issue is down to a fault, and not damage you should be able to arrange a repair. Please be aware, repairs for damaged devices are usually charged for.

You can find options to arrange this directly through Samsung here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

If Three supplied your phone you can pop into any Three store to have your phone assessed for a repair.

We also have a partner repair service which can arrange doorstep repairs for you, this can be a convenient option as they will bring a repair van to your address and carry the work out whilst you wait. More info here: https://threerepairs.co.uk/

Thanks,
Jonathan
