Hello @Queensophx,

As Paddiewack mentioned, you can only order one item at a time as part of fraud prevention, but if only one item was bought, your sister's order being cancelled may be due to something else.

It's common for Three to call after a new purchase to verify the order. This is particularly prevalent with high value devices.

Do you know if your sister had a missed call at all?

I'd recommend she get in touch with Customer Services with the order number - they'll be able to confirm what happened.

If the call is unsuccessful, the order might be cancelled if verification isn't possible.

Thanks,
Michael

Limitations still ongoing?

Is the limitations for ordering still going on?

My sister got through all the checks for a new iPhone 17, then had an email to say it’s cancelled. She’s also paid off her previous contract and the payment isn’t showing either. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

The only “ limitations for ordering “ that I’m aware of is that you can only order one item at a time online. Your sister would do well to contact customer service on 333 to find out what’s happened.
