I went into the three store where an advisor told me about this process. I then spoke to an agent over the phone who told me this process doesn’t exist.&nbsp;<BR />I then spoke to someone on live chat last night who at first told me I can’t do this then went on to provide me with a link to upload my documents and get a refund for my screen repair from Apple.&nbsp;<BR />Has anyone used this service and successfully got their money back?
