Hi all! So, here my situation.

I'm currently about 200 miles away from home. Last week I lost my phone (on a different network) I cancelled that contract and took a new basic one out with three.

According to my account, I'm actually eligible for an upgrade at the beginning of April.

Being away from home, I 1) can't have a device sent to my address as I'm not there to sign for it, 2) have post sent to where I'm staying, they don't accept it.

With a lot of devices un available to reserve in store due to stock levels, can I actually have a phone delivered to a three store? Or can I have a phone sent to a dpd pick up point? (if so, can someone please explain how I do this?)

Hello @CanYouHearMeNow,

Welcome to the Three Community 🙂

I understand that if you complete a device upgrade, once you get the DPD tracking number, you should be able to amend the delivery to a DPD pick-up point instead. More info on delivery is available here.

You can also request to pick up an online order in store, but this is subject to stock availability. Once reservation is confirmed for this, you'll have 14 days to collect it, and will need to bring photo ID.

You can check your upgrade options via My3, or you can chat to the Upgrades team, who'd be happy to help you with this.

Alternatively, you're welcome to visit a store near where you currently are, and you can check your upgrade options there with the retail colleagues.

Thanks,
Michael
