topic Wfi calling in Devices

Hi folks, like seemingly so many others my WiFi calling stopped working in early November 2025. It’s an old iPhone 6s but it worked fine before that. I’ve called three support but they don’t seem to know what I’m talking about when I suggest that they send out a network provider update. My phone is on 50.1 and the latest is I believe 60 something. I really don’t know what is the best way to proceed with this. Many thanks

Hello there.

Support for that phone ended many years ago. It's unlikely that newer carrier settings versions are available for it. If you want to make sure you're on the latest version though, resetting the network settings via the reset menu on your phone will scrub the existing settings and force a redownload of the latest available version.

Hi, as you say it is what it is although I see that some folks using provider settings v 64.2 can’t get it to work either. I think I’ll try a sim from a non 3 network in the phone, and if that works ok then swap networks.

many thanks 👍.
