So I upgraded and the new phone came today however in the device settings its showing a number that isn't my number despite me putting my old sim in. Does anyone know how I can change it?

Not sure if this will help but go to phone settings and search on phone number. So of the places where a number is stored can be edited.

Welcome to the Three Community.

Is it possible that the old SIM always had that other number on it? If you joined the network and brought another number over to us with a PAC, the number you're seeing might be the number that was originally on that SIM.

I think it's still possible to update that number on iPhones, however Android phones no longer have the option to change the number in most cases.
