This link&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/accessibility_webchat" target="_blank"&gt;Accessibility webchat - Support - Three&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is for their accessibility team who, one hopes, can either sort your problem or point you in th right direction. I am not sure when they open but would not be surprised if it's as late as 9.30 so good job it's not an emergency.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you manage to get help with this? The accessibility team that &lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23"&gt;@sc1999&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;linked to below should be able to sort things out, but please let me know if you're still running into any difficulties..&lt;/P&gt;
