I didn’t receive the emergency weather warning alert today. ( didn’t receive any in the past either)

settings all correct on iPhone.

everyone else in house received but they are with other networks

thought this had been sorted

My husband and I didn't receive it either but our 3 kids did, we are all on Three! These alerts are meant to be for emergencies - Three you need to fix this. Explanation please?

Hello there.

It might be worth checking if the emergency alert notification is enabled in your mobile phones that didn't receive the alert.

If it's already on, I'm unsure why it wouldn't have been received if others in the area were getting it. We'd recommend speaking to the Support Team for additional advice on it.
