Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled? If so your call could be dropping due to switching between Wi-Fi calling and cellular.

Does the online network checker mention any current outages or upgrades happening in your area? It's usually a great place to stay up to date on any network works going on.

New customer, after 4 minutes the 3 network just drops the call. You can phone back immediately, but same again 4 minutes and 3 network drops the call again. At least the network is consistent! Anyone got any ideas?

Hi @TheBobster,

This sounds super frustrating. We'll do our best to help.

Great suggestions from @MZone, does Wi-Fi calling or a network issue seem to be relevant? Here's a link to the Network Status Checker mentioned on their reply.

As well as this, it may be easier to diagnose this if we can narrow down what might be causing the issue. Is it happening in just one location, or in multiple places? Are you able to confirm if it's affecting more than one phone/SIM on Three?

Let us know and we'll give some further advice.
