&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your data connection. It's fairly unlikely to be a local issue if your wife is using her Three SIM in the same location, but it may be worth checking if there's any known issues on our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On your phone, I'd recommend to try a reboot, toggling mobile data off and on, and toggling airplane/flight mode on and off. If these don't help, you can also try resetting your network settings, but please be aware that this does forget saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections, so we generally recommend this one last.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's also worth logging into My3 to check you still have sufficient allowances.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reply, it was sorted with three over the phone , I had to do a factory reset and it all works fine now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
