    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;last couple of days I have had 1 bar of 4G signal and 2mb download speed, called up live chat and was told the mast is over provisioned and nothing they can do so I have to live with it asked if I could cancel contract early as this happens a lot and told no. So any help on this?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks was told on chat that local mast over subscribed and nothing could be done, so onto phone to complain and after a few tries because of the signal was connected and offered one month of half price airtime with no guarantee it would be any better or the option of cancelling my airtime with no early cancellation fee, so took that with my pac code and signed up with EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
