    <description>&lt;P&gt;i recently switched to 3 and started my first data pack, however i when i try to use data it does not work. it shows my connection on 4g/5g but when i try to open a page/app i have no connection. just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do:(&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to make calls and send texts ok? Which data pack have you purchased? Sounds silly, but is your mobile data switched on within your phone settings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
