Mass texting not working

I send use an app to send mass SMS to my customers with deals but it hasn’t been working for a while now. I’ve tried on 2 different phones and used a few different apps. It says it’s been delivered but they are never received & then for about half an hour none of my SMS send even just to 1 person.

Are you a business or personal customer of ours?

As a personal customer it is within the terms and conditions on how to use your messaging services responsibly. It advises that you should not send bulk commercial communications. This is likely the reason on why you are unable to do this.

Personal customer but I’ve always done it for years with no problem, it was only about 6 months ago it stopped working. I then took out a second contract and specifically asked the guy in the shop if I could do this & he said yes no problem

It sounds like what you are describing is as Jade mentioned against the terms and conditions. Group messages are OK in general, and should be for personal use. But if it's for large numbers of people and/or for business, you could see restrictions placed on some parts of your service.
