&lt;P&gt;It sounds like there might be an issue with the network in your local area, or if you're having the issue everywhere, it could be an issue with the phone or SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be worth checking out the network in the area if it is specific to one area. The &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/4em7G9N" target="_self"&gt;Service Status&lt;/A&gt; tool will let you do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're having the issue everywhere, you could try your SIM in another known working phone to see it it works better in there.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No internet connection to 4g or 5g</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having any issues with internet network connection.&amp;nbsp; I can get tex&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;t messages and voice calls but my phone will not connect to the internet today and just says no network.&amp;nbsp; It does connect to WIFI.&amp;nbsp; Three have said there is no network issues but I usually have no problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've had a look and there isn't any known wider issues reported at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please reset your network settings for me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if you enter your full postcode &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3EEPwQh" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, this will give you some insight into the coverage in your area.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t get a signal for anything, haven’t been able to for about 3/4 weeks now. Can’t make calls or they cut out, sending and receiving texts is a nightmare and can’t use any mobile data. Been with 3 years and am in the process of switching, luckily it coincides with my plan expiring this month&lt;/P&gt;</description>
