    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just purchased the new S25 direct from Samsung, included in the deal was a 3 sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sim has arrived but hasn't been activated and there is nothing with the number on for me to be able to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To speak to 3 support, I need to know the number, but I can't find it, it is not on any of the paperwork the phone was sent with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the delays with your SIM activating. Normally this should happen automatically on the day of delivery, but you can find all the options to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch here&lt;/A&gt;. I'm sure the team will be able to help with this if the SIM still hasn't activated.&lt;/P&gt;
