Outgoing calls not connecting on iPhone 16

For the last couple of days I have tried to make some outgoing calls and none of them are connecting. I just get silence, no tone of any kind. I have tried a shut down of the phone, turned airplane mode on and off and reset my network settings and still no success in making calls.
Any other suggestions from the community please? This is really annoying as I have to contact my landline provider as that isn’t working either 🤷🏽‍♀️
