Go roam add on doesn't working please someone help to I already buy add on but it didn't work

Last week I buy data pack in 3uk app 75 GB local and have 12 gb roaming.. im here in Australia so I use my roaming allowance but yesterday I already use all my roaming allowance so I buy again in 3uk app I top up 10£ and buy add on 6gb roaming allowance for 8£... I thought it was working properly until at night I can't connect to network it says that I have no Internet connection so I check in apps. And I see my remaining 2£ was use to my roaming data but my add on roaming allowance didn't use and now not working and I have no Internet... Please help me regarding with this matter thank you

Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know. We understand this'll be concerning. Is your roaming active on your account? Have you been able to get in touch with an advisor over the phone or live chat already?
