How can you tell if you have Daily roaming passes on your account

I am very frustrated with three when abroad.

When using an sim I would still get charged a daily fee despite having switched my 3 sim off on the iPhone.

Recently few back from Malta to uk and got a daily roan charge for every country we fly over(Italy and France)

What frustrating me now is not being transparent upfront on exactly what roaming charges are going to be

You'll be charged if you're using your data outside the UK and if your roaming is active on your phone and on your account.

Sorry, but you haven't answered the question!

I have just started a new contract which includes 70 days of roaming passes. How can I tell these have been added and how many of them I have left? The 3 app and website shows data, calls and text allowances but not these.

Hello there.

I'm not aware of any plans that have 70 daily roaming passes, I thought 56 was the larges one that was on offer, but perhaps I've missed something.

You can check on your allowance by scrolling down the main page to Manage Plan, then hit Explore All Add-ons. In this next page, you should see your add-on in the "Active" section.

So if I see the when I go to 'buy add-ons' does it mean I don't need to buy a Go Roam pass?

It's unclear if you're in the Buy Add-ons page or the view all allowances page. Normally I'd advice to look in the view all allowances page, then over to the roaming tab. It shows what passes you have, and what is inclusive. The page your on looks more like the buy add-ons page, with the "added to basket" normally indicating you've just added it, ready to buy, however it's a bit off because there would normally also be a "remove" button next to it, to remove it from the basket.

My feeling is that you do have it on the plan already, but I'd double check in the "View All Allowances" section, then "Roaming" to be sure.

Hi, I got the same when I changed mine Jan this year.

I've used them when I've been in Lanzarote & Benidorm earlier this year & currently using them in Malaga.

When you are on the app, go to View all Allowances. Then click the Roaming tab and you can how many you have.

Plus you will get a text message each day telling you a pass has been activated for that day.
