Whats wrong with 3 again. I cant receive calls I cant call anybody . What a rubish company it is every month we have the same problem

My phone is fine and looking at Down Detector there are no known issues. So check your postcode on the network status checker and if that’s all fine perhaps speak to customer service if necessary via live chat to see if the issue is with your account,ie have you topped up sufficiently (payg) or do you owe money . (Pay monthly)
