RCS emoji reactions are appearing as separate messages for photo/videos with a Google Messages User. My iPhone is on iOS 18.3.1 and the Google Messages user has the most updated version.
RCS is enable on both phones and seems to be working ok, apart from emoji reactions.

This seems to have been an issue that was resolved last year, from the articles I have read. But I still have the same issue.

I am totally lost as to what the cause is and how to resolve it.

Can anyone please help?

Hi @Zelda12,

I don't think I've seen this issue reported on our Community so far, but I did read a little about it elsewhere on the web. Have you checked that both devices are on their most up to date software versions? If so, it also may be worth switching RCS off and back on again on both devices.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello there.

This doesn't appear to be a Three issue. I've completed some testing between different networks and it looks like it happens regardless of network. In my testing, some reactions come through as expected, and others do not. If I had to guess, this is likely due to a lack of feature parity between devices from different manufacturers.

Pete.
