What is going on with your network? Ok I admit I’m in a small remote place…BIRMINGHAM…the uk’s second city…but my calls which have never been good are totally useless, dropping after a few seconds. It’s hardly worth having this phone right now I need to accept calls from landlines and it’s just not working. Get your engineers to add a couple of coat hangers to the masts in the West Midlands this is a joke.

They’re probably fresh out of coat hangers and anyway most of them are plastic these days. Your better starting point would be to check the Three status page to check for any outages in your area,

Hey Gibbo1961,

We understand that signal issues aren't ideal. @Paddiewack is right though, if you pop over to our Network Checker page you'll find out any information on what's going on in your area. If you'd like, you can get in touch with our Customer Service Team to chat about the issues.
