      <title>data roaming not activated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for a seven day data add on before my trip to Malta. An email was received stating that it has been activated - twice -and I would have data when my phone was activated in Europe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;24 hours in Malta later and no data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All advice re: TIOTIBOA, airplane mode, roaming turned on etc already tried several times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Full signal showing but no network and no network available on the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unhappy customers here&lt;/P&gt;</description>
