topic Terrible connectivity in Network

I am in Leeds for a month for work and at this point I might as well throw my SIM card in the bin. I have had maybe 10 minutes of functional coverage in the last 2 weeks and the rest of the time I have to connect to free local WiFi to use my phone. No matter if my phone has 1 bar on 4G or full bars on 5G, absolutely nothing works, not even WhatsApp. I can’t believe I am paying for this and have to wait another 7 months to cancel my contract. Does anyone else have the same problem with their coverage and has any tips on what to do?? Because being alone in a new city without even having Google Maps is not okay.

Hello, Abby.

That's not so great. It's strange that your device is having the issue even when the signal is full. Do calls and texts work?

Pete.
