topic when my mobile data is switched on it interferes with my 3 connectivity in Network

Other 3 users have limited connectivity when in my flat but I have none whatsoever which has been an issue for over a month now even though my phone is displaying 2 or 3 bars . Today when trialling various settings I realised that if I switch off my mobile data, only then can I then send and receive calls on 3 in my flat and the immediate surrounding area (street and car park). This is a fix I can use temporarily when at home by switching off mobile data each time and back on again when I go out and am away from my wifi, but not a long term fix. Has anyone else had this issue and how do I resolve it.

Hey Reubs11,

Welcome to the Three Community!

This definitely seems like some issue with the broadband router or position. Have you been able to try resetting your network settings on your hub at all?
