topic Poor Data Coverage in Network

I am increasingly finding that Data coverage is poor, very slow or non-existent. I travel on the same train line into London each day, so I'm wondering what has changed. I also increasingly notice it in other parts of the country. My wife is with Vodafone and always seems to have coverage. My phone is a Samsung S23 Ultra. Frustrating and thinking of leaving when my contract expires later this month. Anyone else having difficulties.

Hey there.

That's not great to hear @TarzanJungleLor

Have you had a chat with our Customer support team about this?

If you enter the postcode for the areas you are having trouble with here, this will give you some further insight into the network coverage.

Jade
