&lt;P&gt;Totally see where you're coming from here, but it's an unintended use of system/process to my understanding. If you request a change of number this is intended to support customers dealing with nuisance, abusive, scam calls etc. You lose your previous number (which will eventually recycle), so no longer have the option to request a PAC for that original number.&lt;/P&gt;
