Not getting Passcodes from Three Mobile

I was having difficulty receiving Passcodes from 3 Mobile. I am using a Motorola G82 5G Mobile Phone.. I swapped my SIM card to my old Motorola G8 phone and the passcodes came through without any difficulty. I suppose the next step is to contact Motorola.

Hi,

Try a full reset back to factory defaults - or - another SMS messaging app ( like Google messages ) - as might be the messages are going to spam…

Great suggestions @Clever-Trevor, to add to this I've personally found some legit SMS/texts when checking Messages > Spam and Blocked, and had to mark them as "not spam".
