My 4G router has been working perfectly fine until 4 weeks ago and now I am getting continuous network issues and am finding almost impossible to watch any streaming on the TV. I also work from home and it’s massively affecting my work. I have been told that they are working in the issue but as of yet nothing has been resolved. How can I cancel my broadband as it’s not fit for purpose

Hi @Warda01,

I'm sorry to hear the network has been letting you down recently, and for so long now. We do our best to provide a fault free service, and it's unusual for an issue to persist for so long.

To request to cancel a Broadband service, you'll need to get in touch. If you're still tied into a minimum term, then discuss with the team the duration of the issue, the impact it's having on your work, and if there's been any missed timescales or if the team haven't been able to provide a timescale for the fix when you've got in touch in the past. Hopefully we'll be able to provide an agreeable outcome.

I can't determine your options on the public forum, but the team will be able to look at diagnostics of your connection, and detailed information about the issue in your area.

Thanks,
Jonathan
