      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean you cannot connect to the Internet? If so is this on wifi or mobile data? Are you in flight mode, is mobile data turned off, have you checked 3's network status checker? Are you PAYG and need to top up? Please try these and come back if you still have a problem. Also, please do not forget to turn your phone off and on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
