    <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be that &amp;nbsp;it’s been deactivated on your phone for whatever reason. Check the settings menu to ensure it’s active and you could try deactivating and then reactivating it . If doing that you’ll get a message from Apple saying “waiting for activation” and when that disappears you’ll know you’re good to go. This is a handset settings issue not a problem with the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>FaceTime not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone number isn’t alloweing me anymore to FaceTime people or receive face times , I have service and can call on normal , I tried resetting everything on my phone , reconnecting the number to iCloud and to face times it accepts it but won’t let me physically use it too call&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
