&lt;P&gt;I agree, I can only really speak to Three's policy here, which is that we wouldn't use a landline (beginning 01 or 02), or a mobile (beginning 07) for any official customer contact. I'd be highly surprised if EE don't follow a similar policy, but I can't speak for them here, we can only speculate.&lt;/P&gt;
