Hi I’ve just order a new contract sim but didn’t realise it was going to give me a new number is there anyway of keeping my number

If your number was with another provider then you can just get a pac code from them and give it to Three thereby keeping your number. If your number was with Three contact customer service as I’m not entirely sure.

@Paddiewack is right, if you're with another provider you can grab a PAC code from them and bring this to us here. However, if you're with Three and have a new contract, we're unable to transfer numbers Three to Three.

port out your "old" number to a pay as go (to the likes of giffgaff or other mobile operator) and then port it back in to three - this is assuming you still have access to your old number
