No mobile data and I cant connect to WIFI

Hi,

I cant get any mobile data or use the internet through WIFI on my phone. I have tried everything in regard to reset setting, aeroplane mode etc but nothing is working. Can someone give me some guidance.

Hi @SBentley88,

Sorry to hear this. Wi-Fi works independently of your Three SIM and connection, so it sounds like it may be a phone settings, or software issue. When you mentioned resets, did you reset your network settings? Here's some info on how to do this for iPhones and Android (I've linked to Samsung instructions, so the exact wording on menus may vary). Note resetting network settings does forget saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices, so you will need the password for your Wi-Fi when first reconnecting.
