For some reason, I can’t send SMS to a radio station competition

At first I didn’t have any allowance, added £20, I got a notification from 3 confirming, I tried the comp again the next day, I thought it had worked as 3 charged me for the SMS, can you help.

Check either the My Three app or chat with customer service to ensure premium rate text barring isn’t in operation. That’s likely to be the cause.

Where can I find premium rate barring option as I tried to do live chat and didn’t get anywhere with that.

Our Customer service team should be able to confirm if premium rate messages have been blocked on your account.
