I ready restart the phone 6 time, i ready did the network restart like 5 times. I need my phone for GPS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with connecting from France.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not completely clear on what you mean by connecting to the server. Is this an issue with data specifically, or are you unable to make and receive calls and texts too?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's specifically data that's the issue, then the first thing to double check is that "data roaming" is on in your settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to use the network provider abroad that your phone connects to automatically, but it's also worth trying to connect manually if running into issues. If you look for settings for "Network Selection" or "Carrier selection" and set this to manual instead of automatic, then try connecting to any other available providers in case there is a local issue. If you do this, make sure to set this back to automatic when back in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if any of these suggestions help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;we have the same problem, for the second time, and this time during a medical emergency where communications are vital, or would be if we had any. &amp;nbsp;. &amp;nbsp;I share the frustration of many others about being told to check that data roaming is on, but I suppose it's necessary. &amp;nbsp;my question is whether anyone has ever fixed this and if so how. &amp;nbsp;we've have tech support on via wifi and they have given up. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 3 go roam EU passes, and they don't even WORK... I'm stranded now with no data abroad in croatia, all the signs in Croatian. Complete nightmare. Sat in a call for 2 hours during my holiday and they tell me they cant solve it for 72 hours, and that wasn't even a certainty either, they MAY fix it within 72 hours. Utterly ridiculous, I'll have to goto a local shop and get a simcard for the rest of the trip. Such a hassle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through the same nightmare when I travelled in Apr/May...hours on the phone with Three and ended up stranded with no data and couldn't even get a taxi. I had to walk 15 miles back to my hotel. Three doesn't seem to comprehend how critical a working phone is when traveling. They kept apologizing which really just infuriated me and I never get angry about anything. &lt;STRONG&gt;BOTTOM LINE:&lt;/STRONG&gt; What I on my OWN discovered and fixed was the "SPEND CAP" &amp;amp; "USAGE CAP" needed to be set to "unlimited" because their stupid system still does regular charges, then fixes it on billing. You can adjust your own spend cap, but they have to adjust the usage cap. Then I reset my network and it worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All the basic stuff in check like the spending cap, roaming activation on iPhone, mobile data on. They never fix this. This is a complete deal breaker.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you've covered all the basics. I'd also suggest to double check your Network/Carrier Selection just to make sure this is on "Automatic", it's unlikely but if this was left on manual connection to Three UK your phone wouldn't try to find a roaming connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Most likely roaming or a related service isn't active on your account itself. I'd recommend to get this double checked with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt;, and if they can't directly find the cause they should be able to escalate this to the Tech team.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check Roaming or Data Roaming is enabled in your settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try rebooting your phone, sometimes switching it off and on again will refresh the connection.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Pop your phone on airplane/flight mode for a minute then switch this back off again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your My3 to see what spend limit you have, if this is £0 or you've reached the limit this may be stopping your from connecting.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If all else fails, check for network/carrier selection in your settings. This is usually on automatic, but if you use manual you can check if any other local networks do give you service. (If you change this setting make sure to put it back to automatic when you travel to another destination, or back to the UK).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At this point if you're no further forwards customer services can check that Roaming is active, and that your Data Roaming Limit, or Credit Limit aren't causing the issue, or check for any other technical issues.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue, it works for the first day then it goes off. It didn't work in the Netherlands, didn't work in Spain. And now in Hungary, same issue. Roaming is on, the symbol shows full bars but shows a question mark on the network sign and says your may be out if data. Which I am not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
