I'm sorry to hear you've been receiving this concerning message.

Can you help us understand the context a little better? It's not clear from your post where this is happening.

It looks like the browser error you'd encounter when trying to connect to a website with an invalid or expired security certificate.

What are you trying to do, or what web address are you trying to reach when this pops up? Can you let me know the device model and browser you're using when you see this message?

Thank you for your response. Mobile device is Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. Error message occurs when I try to open the three default browser even before I type any website.

I have same make of phone and my browser has just started to say this today. Little worried now.

It's when you open a new tab and the page that comes up is mobile.three and comes up with the warning.

Thanks @LF2025, I've been looking into this, since the topic was started, and I think it may be an old web address, so we're seeing a certificate error. Most likely this is set to your mobile browser's home page by default.

I'll raise this with our technical teams to clarify if the certificate error can be addressed, or if this can automatically redirect to the current Three homepage.

Hi @Myujunwa, @LF2025,

Thanks for your patience. Our teams have looked into this behind the scenes and it appears to be referring to a defunct webpage. So it's unlikely there's a security issue, it's simply that mobile.three.co.uk doesn't exist anymore, so it won't have a certificate.

You may find that this was set as a browser homepage, and it's likely this has copied over from one device to the next if you've used more than one phone whilst you've been with Three. We'd suggest to update your browser's homepage to https://www.three.co.uk or another webpage of your choice.
