      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your first port of call would be to put your postcode into the Three status page to check for any issues in your area. If you were getting a good service previously then that’s likely the cause of your trouble. In fact I’ve just checked the SO30 postcode and there does seem to be a tech issue in your area. Check with customer service tech support on 333 option 1 option 4 option 3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We've noticed quite a few posts about this area recently so we've flagged up all the feedback. Unfortunately we've had some issues with a 3rd party supplier which had reduced our coverage and capacity in the area. We're working hard to get this resolved, so hopefully it won't be too much longer.&lt;/P&gt;
