Has anyone else having issues with the network signal with the pixel 7 pro. Mine just keeps turning off, losing signal, doesn't know if it should be on a 3g signal or a 4g signal. Also saying I'm connected to a 5g signal, but no where near a 5g area. Always get the signal with the exclamation mark. And just doesn't do anything. Every other phone I've had has been no problem. 3 month now and I am thinking returning it. What's the point having it if I can't use it. Can't stream my music. Constantly cutting out. What's my options. This isn't normal

Hello, Mrtosh01

Welcome to the Three Community.

It sounds like you're not having much luck with your phone. You are having a few different issues by the sounds of it. It doesn't seem normal as you said.

There could be some kind of fault with the hardware that's causing the irregular behaviour, including random shut downs and signal issues.

Exchanging your phone might be required if it is a fault that's causing the issues. It would be a good idea to speak to Google Pixel support to begin with, and run through their diagnostics with them.

After their checks, they will advise what actions to take next if it's an exchange they recommend as well, You can get back in touch with where you purchased the phone and discuss getting it exchanged.

Pete.
