&lt;P&gt;Changing divert settings can usually be done on the device. On my own phone for example, it's in the Dialler App - Settings - Calling Account. Once you're in here, most phones have the same options, such as Caller ID, Call Barring, and Call Forwarding (Divert).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to know who to set up a call divert if call is not answered in 10 seconds. I have tried using short code 61 but it defaults to 30 seconds and returns invalid MMi code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
