I'm on unlimited for everything with no spending cap but in an emergency situation today I tried to use the phone to make a call, when that didn't work I tried to send a what's app and a text but got the message "Hi there, you've reached your monthly spend cap so your out of allowance services, including roaming, have been stopped until your next billing date. You can either wait until your spend cap resets, or log in to update it: three.co.uk/account.

Can anyone advise please?

Hey @RScullion

If you were making a call to emergency services, this should always go through regardless of limits. Can you tell me a bit more about the situation?

Are you abroad at the moment? If so, just like @Anonymous had mentioned, there is a data limit along with a spend cap.
