      <title>Wifi Calling not working on on of two phones on contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Phone a Iphone 16 and Iphone 15 both running IOS 18.5. The Iphone 16 has stopped wifi calling. I have done all the normal resets, reboots, and even reloaded a new esim into the phone, but still no Wifi Calling. If I put them both into airplane mode the 15 has wifi calling the 16 does not. both have wifi calling turned on in the esim settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted support and they say it must be the phone, contacted Apple and they say its Three&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need Wifi calling as the phone signal is 1 bar or nothing most of the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Typical support agents pointing fingers at eachother...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi calling is controlled by the phone, so you can only force them by enabling airplane mode and then switch on WiFi only, or disabling cellular coverage and leaving WiFi on ( not sure if iPhone has this last option)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to toggle the WiFi button a few times? And forget the WiFi network and join again? By any chance do you have sky broadband?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Checked my second phone this morning and it had a banner, "Carrier Update", so I did the update and bingo I have no Wifi calling on that phone now as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So it looks like the most recent Carrier Update has killed my Wifi Calling, now on both phones. Is there anything that can be done to go back to a previous version?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm that since the recent carrier update WiFi calling has stopped working on my iPhone. I’ve tried all the usual remedies and am in the same location (home) as per usual. If you look at the carrier update it facilitates voice/sms and rcs (messages). No mention of the ip carrier needed for WiFi calling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yesterday morning I noticed that my android phone was not on wifi calling (and usually it is), but then in the afternoon/evening was back on it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you powered it off for little while and then on again and see if picks up the wifi calling or even force it(by using the airplane mode on and then wifi on)?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the exact same issue after the carrier update Wifi calling stopped working instantly on two phones. I did call Three Not even able to gain agreement of the issue, even explaining it very slowly. This is definitely not a phone issue is definitely the network. I have several phone lines on my device and Wi-Fi calling works fine when I enable those networks. &amp;nbsp;Where I live, I get one bar signal or no signal inside the house so Wifi calling is really useful. I do not see anything that we can do as customers until they push another update. &amp;nbsp;The Three customer support were like no we don’t send carrier settings. Update…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing I will say you can try it just going into settings general about When you do that, the phone does actually look for new carrier settings. That way you won’t have to wait until they push it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone can, please post if you can hear any news about resolution for this from Three, that would be fantastic and have a great day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s Three 64.1! Not something I particularly look at on a day to day so can’t answer the second part of your question but it’s absolutely too much of a coincidence that WiFi calling has become unavailable for some people following the update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I also don't know wether the carrier settings influence or control the WiFi calling? and I was not sure who develops/creates the carrier settings but it looks like in the UK it is the Carrier or network operator/provider, so Three.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the iPhones support Wi-Fi calling as a basic function of the hardware/software, but the network provider also has to make the service available. Some networks for instance don’t offer Wi-Fi calling as part of a PAYG contract. That’s why I use Three - they do offer it on PAYG sims.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also there was nothing about this on network status checker an hour ago. And I’ve had no direct communication from Three, a communications company, that this issue exists. Instead I wasted most of yesterday trying to get some sense from your business customer service team, who just tied me up in security questions. Clueless. Technical problems happen. It’s life, but it’s also when you discover how good the customer care is. Three business has scored a big fat zero. Currently with no mobile signal, no wireless calling. Dead in the water.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
