Roaming go with I’m number to France then Germany

I brought 2 SIM cards for myself and my son to travel abroad from the USA. Both of ours worked perfectly in London and in Paris. My son SIM card is working just fine he’s on an android. Mine on the other hand is not working I even replaced the physical sim with an eSIM that I was able to download and set up. But still not service. I have 18gb of roaming data and still nothing.

Hey Raven2020,

Sorry to hear your services have stopped whilst you're abroad. What phone are you using at the moment? Also, are you both using the same network whilst roaming?

I’m on an iPhone 13 he’s have an android His shows the same network. o2-de

Thanks for confirming that for me. Just double checking that your International Roaming settings are active on your account with the eSIM?
