Calling a talktalk number

Hi i have just joined talktalk network for home broadband and calls.
I have noticed that i can call my mobile number and it works but when i call from my mobile to my home landline it does not work ??

Can i ask who do i need to report it to as is it a Talktalk or a three issue

When you say it doesn’t work can you please be a little more specific. Can you call your Three mobile from your landline? Can you call other landline phones from your Three mobile? If so the issue is with Talk Talk and should be reported to them.

I am reporti it to them both as could be three or talktalk

I feel that as long as you can call other numbers as normal with your Three mobile it’s likely to be an issue for Talk Talk.
