&lt;P&gt;That's a strange issue to be having, when the calls and texts are working, it usually means things are set up and ready to go, so data should be working too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be worth double checking your mobile data setting is turned on. If it's already turned on, could you try going into your settings and doing a reset of the network settings on the device. This will force the phone to redownload the carrier settings, and hopefully ensure it's working properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
