I'm in Spain and have an unlimited monthly payment account and expected 12gb of data.&amp;nbsp; No such luck, so I tried calling 3 customer service, it said try the website, difficult when you have no Internet? Ended up using my wife's phone to buy a data pack.&amp;nbsp; Goodbye 3, try being a bit more user friendly is my advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Three website should always work in order to allow access to settings and allow the purchase of roaming add ons. If you had no access at all, the issue likely wasn't related to the fact you didn't have the needed allowance. It's more likely that there was an issue with the settings, either on the phone or on the account. If you're still abroad, I'd recommend checking the data roaming setting within network settings, and then checking the network status to see if you get 4G. If not, you may need to speak to the support team to get the account settings updated as your roaming may not be active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
