&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your calls recently. If this is following the issues last week, we'd recommend to restart your device, and if the issues persist try resetting your network settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problem with making &amp; receiving calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a problem that I cannot make any calls unless I wait for 5 minutes till I receive a ring. Also if anyone is calling me they cannot reach me and I receive a notification by an SMS that I had missed call or voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
